The Indian Saint Project - The Indian Saint Project pays tribute to the lives of India’s most revered teachers—avatars, gurus, and social reformers of the 19th and 20th centuries. Using digital painting and ceramic relief inspired by Indian bazaar art, it creates a visual vocabulary of the saints’ philosophies and legacy. Rather than aiming for “authentic” portrayals, the project reflects the transformative journey of its creators while walking in the footsteps of the saints and reinterpreting their relevance for modern audiences.
